About Sarah

Sports MassageBTEC Level 5 Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage is an advanced qualification and the highest in the industry. A minimum of 100 practical hours are a required to complete the course, along with an in depth knowledge of anatomy and advanced treatment techniques.

I am passionate about helping people regain mobility and decrease pain. I also have a particular interest in treating dancers and gymnasts. Having spent the last 6 years working as a Level 2 Gymnastics coach and more recently as a certified Acrobatic Arts teacher at Fitzgraham Academy of Dance, I have seen first hand how intensive activities can affect the body.

I am a full member of the ISRM and hold professional insurance through Balens.

There is also a minimum requirement to complete 15 hours CPD per year.

I am certified RockDoc Level 1 in functional movement taping with kinesiology tape.
In my spare time I enjoy throwing myself around on obstacle course races and know first hand how frustrating injuries can be.

Appointments with Sarah can be booked on a Tuesday or Friday.
